| Directions |
- Slice the Premio Hot Italian Sausage on the bias in 1/2 inch slices.
- Saute in a pan until golden brown on both sides; drain and set aside.
- Start water (according to pasta box directions) boiling; add the salt.
- Cube the fresh mozzarella into about 1/4 inch cubes; set aside.
- Add pasta to boiling water as per directions on box.
- 4 minutes before pasta is done, remove the lids from the jars of Gisella's Gourmet Tomato Basil Pasta Sauce. Microwave on high 3-4 minutes.
- Carefully remove jars from microwave.
- Drain pasta thoroughly, add the Premio Hot Italian Sausage and Gisella's Gourmet Tomato Basil Pasta Sauce. Mix.
- Then add the cubed fresh mozzarella. Mix thoroughly.
- Serve with fresh grated Parmigiano Reggiano cheese on top.
