Mix cake mix, mayonnaise, and eggs and spread into a 9X13" pan that you have sprayed with non-stick spray. this mixture is really sticky and thick.
In a separate bowl mix pudding, milk, water, and sugar. Pour this mixture over the thick cake batter mixture and bake for approximately 1 hour at 350 degrees. Take out of oven and let stand for AT LEAST one hour before serving. This is a very decadent dessert and tastes good when it's barely warm with some cold ice cream.
