Directions
  • Empty pasta mix into 3 quart saucepan 2/3 full of boiling water.
  • Boil uncovered 12 minutes, stirring occasionally. Drain pasta; rinse with cold water.
  • In large bowl, stir together seasoning mix, oil, and water.
  • Stir in pasta and remaining ingredients.
  • Serve immediately or refrigerate.
  • If making ahead of time, omit the romaine lettuce until just before serving - this keeps it from getting soggy.

-1/4 cup water
-3 tablespoons vegetable oil
-4 cups torn romaine lettuce
-2 medium tomatoes, coarsely chopped
-1 small cucumber coarsely chopped
-1/2 cup thinly sliced red onion
-4 ounces crumbled feta cheese (1 cup)
-1 can sliced black olives - 2 1/4 oz, drained
