Sugar Cookie Bars - Recipe

A no-fuss way to get the flavor of those tedious sugar cookie cut-outs. You may never make regular sugar cookies again once you've tried this sweet treat.

Directions

Cream together butter, oil, sugar and powdered sugar.

Add egg and vanilla and mix again.

Sift dry ingredients together and add to creamed mixture.

Spread into ungreased jelly roll pan. You might think there isn't enough dough, but there is...just keep spreading.

Bake at 375 for 10-12 minutes.

Meanwhile, mix frosting ingredients together until creamy and spread over bars while they are still warm. Put in the freezer for 30 minutes, cut and serve.

-		FROSTING:
-		3 tablespoons butter
-		1/4 cup milk
-		1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla
-		3 1/2 cups powdered sugar
