  • Mash the RitzĀ® crackers into course crumbs.
  • Combine the crumbs with the sugar and butter; blend well.
  • Press the crumb mixture into 9x13-inch pan.
  • Layer the mandarin oranges over the crust.
  • Mix together the whipped topping, frozen orange juice concentrate, and sweetened condensed milk.
  • Pour the mixture over the oranges; then chill the dessert for 2 hours (or overnight) before serving.

-1 cup sugar
-3/4 cup butter (1 1/2 sticks)
- FILLING:
-3 cans mandarin oranges, well drained (11 oz. cans)
-8 ounces whipped topping, thawed (1 tub)
-1/2 can frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed
-1 cup sweetened condensed milk
