Rhubarb Cream Pie - Recipe

Directions
  • Preheat oven to 350° F.
  • Place rhubarb in unbaked pie shell.
  • Mix sugar, flour, salt, egg yolks and cream.
  • Pour over the rhubarb.
  • Bake for 1 hour.
  • Mix egg whites and remaining sugar in a cold glass bowl until stiff peaks form.
  • Place meringue on top of pie and use the back of a spoon to create peaks.
  • Return to the oven to brown.
