Directions
  • Mix eggs, milk, flour, butter, mustard.
  • Beat well.
  • Spray 9 X 13 pan with non stick cooking spray.
  • Add cubed French bread, cheese and ham in layers.
  • Pour egg mixture over this; refrigerate overnight.
  • Bake covered for 1/2 hour at 325° F.
  • Uncover and finish baking 1 hour.
  • Let stand 5 minutes before serving.

Cook Time: 1.5 hours

-3 cups French bread - diced
-8 ounces Velveeta Cheese
