Greek Lamb Chops - Recipe

Marinating the lamb makes it even more tender than normal. The meat has a fuller flavor especially when grilled. My kids liked it even more than beef steak.

Greek Lamb Chops Recipe
Directions
Combine lemon juice, oil and seasonings. Place lamb chops in a gallon zipper bag. Pour the marinade over the meat. Refrigerate 4-6 hours. Preheat grill to medium high heat. Grill 5-6 minutes per side or until desired doneness is reached.
