| | Directions | Drizzle sliced green pepper and sliced onion with olive oil and put on the grill. These take about 30 minutes to cook. Occasionally stir.
While veggies are grilling, sprinkle taco seasoning on both sides of the chicken breasts. After 15 minutes, add the chicken breasts to the grill. Cook about 7 minutes on each size.
Wrap tortillas in aluminum foil and put on grill.
Remove the chicken from the grill and slice in thin slices.
Remove the veggies and tortilla pouch from the grill.
Serve with fresh tomatoes, lettuce, colby jack cheese and sour cream! |
