| Directions | In aluminum foil, drizzle some of the olive oil. Then place the cleaned and peeled mushrooms, with stems removed, onto the oiled foil. Sprinkle garlic and salt over mushrooms. Then drizzle the remaining olive oil on top. Roll up the mushrooms and place on top rack of the grill. Cook for about 15 minutes. |
