| | Directions | | Mix sugar, cocoa and milk together. Cook over low heat stirring until it begins to boil. Stop stirring once it begins to boil. When mixture reaches soft ball stage remove from heat. Add butter and nuts. Cool mixture to lukewarm (about 10-15 minutes) by setting pan in cold water. Beat until candy loses its gloss and will stand in individual pieces. Drop on greased cookie sheet by 1/2 tsp sizes. |
