| Directions | Cut tofu into 8 slices and layer on the bottom of an oven-proof casserole dish. Heat oil in pan and sauté meat; drain fat. Add onion, bamboo shoots, and mushrooms. Add remaining ingredients. Heat through and pour over tofu. Pour beaten eggs over mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes. Garnish with chopped green onions. |
