In a shallow bowl, combine Parmesan with parsley, oregano, paprika, salt and pepper. Melt butter in another shallow pan or bowl.
Dip each wing in butter, then in seasoned Parmesan and arrange on a foil-lined pan. Grill for 1 approx. hour. Then kick yourself for not making a double batch. |
