Directions

Heat oil in deep fat fryer or large deep skillet.
Mix all ingredients together in a large mixing bowl.
Drop round balls of batter into the oil.
Fry until light golden brown.
Remove from oil and allow to drain on paper towels.
Serve warm or at room temperature.

-		3 green onions - minced fine
-		1 teaspoon seasoning salt
-		5 cups peanut oil - for a deep fat fryer, may need less for a skillet
