Beef Jerky - Recipe

Directions
Slice your meat into 1/8" slices. It is easiest to do this when the meat is slightly frozen. Mix other ingredients together in a mixing bowl. Add the meat, cover and marinate at least an hour in the refrigerator, overnight is best.

Place on dehydrator racks and cook as directed.

Ingredients
-1 pound beef round steak or venison roast, sliced into 1/8" slices
-4 tablespoons Kikkoman soy sauce
-4 tablespoons worcestershire sauce
-1 tablespoon ketchup
-1/4 teaspoon pepper (more for hotter jerky)
-1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
-1/4 teaspoon onion salt
-1/2 teaspoon salt
