| | Directions | | In a small saucepan, melt butter then set aside. In a large bowl, combine first seven ingredients. Stir in raisins. To the cooled butter, add applesauce, milk and egg. Then combine the two mixtures just until moistened. Batter will be lumpy. Drop into 12 greased or lined muffin tins. Bake at 425° for 15-20 minutes. |
