- Sprinkle olive oil over pizza crusts.
- Place each on a baking sheet.
- Peel and devein shrimp, sprinkle with olive oil and 2 teaspoon of Old Bay Seasoning. Stir shrimp to coat.
- Heat grill to medium and place shrimp in a grill basket on the grill.
- Grill for approximately 3-5 minutes or until they turn pink.
- Spread 1/2 cup of green chile sauce over the crusts, then layer thin slices of fresh mozzarella cheese on each.
- Place the shrimp on a cutting board and dice.
- Sprinkle half of the shrimp over the mozzarella slices on each crust, then half of the green onion on each, then the romano cheese.
- Transfer to a grill and grill the pizzas over medium heat for approximately 5 minutes, just until the crusts brown on the bottom and the cheese is slightly melted.
- Garnish with cilantro and green onions.
