A refreshing Mexican tomato and citrus beverage with a spicy flavor.
Spicy Sangrita Recipe (+)
Directions
Mix tomato sauce with chilled orange juice.
Add lime juice, onion powder, salt, sugar, and chile powder, mixing all ingredients together well.
If a spicy flavor is desired, add 1 tablespoon of hot sauce. More or less if desired.
Serve over ice.
This traditional drink from Mexico is often accompanied with a shot or shooter glass of tequila.
