-3/4 teaspoon soda
-1/2 teaspoon cinnamon & ginger, each
-1/4 teaspoon salt
-1 egg
-1/4 cup oil (I use olive)
-1/3 cup molasses
-1/2 cup buttermilk (I use milk with 1 T. lemon juice added)
-1/3 cup chopped nuts (optional)
