Easy to make appetizer for the Holidays.
Shrimp Salad Tarts Recipe (+)
Directions
Coarsely chop shrimp.
In a medium bowl, stir together the mayo, sour cream, zest and lemon juice.
Add in the shrimp, celery and green onions.
Fill each tart shell with a heaping tablespoon of mixture.
Garnish if desired with chopped parsley and grated parmesan cheese.
Serve chilled.

2 tablespoons green onions - thinly sliced

parmesan cheese - grated

parsley to garnish if desired
