Directions
Mix all together except for the raisins and baking powder. If too dry add a few drops of water. If too wet add some flour. Add the raisins and baking powder. Ladle into muffin tins. Bake at 425 degrees for 20 minutes.

-1 cup Wheat Bran
-1 cup oat bran
-1/4 cup wheat germ
-1/2 cup white wheat flour
-1 1/4 cups skim milk
-1/3 cup olive oil
-1 apple, minced fine (small)
-1/2 cup sugar
-1 teaspoon nutmeg
-1 teaspoon vanilla
-2 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
-1/2 cup raisins
