Seafood Cucumber Appetizer Recipe

A light appetizer for any occassion.

Seafood Cucumber Appetizer Recipe (+)

Directions

Cut cucumbers into 1/2-3/4 inch rounds.
With a melon baller, scoop out the middle without going all the way thru to the bottom of the center. This will make a small cucumber dish.
Mix together the salsa, sour cream and shredded cheese.
Place a dap of the mixture into each of the cucumber dishes.
Sprinkle with shredded cheese and serve.

*This recipe can be altered to add a variety of additional ingredients. Try tuna and water chestnuts for example.
