Dissolve yeast. Heat cheese to lukewarm. Add rest of ingredients. Add flour. Beat well. Cover and let rise. Stir down. Turn into casserole dish*. Let rise. Bake 350° for 40 - 50 minutes.
*If using a glass casserole dish, reduce heat to 300 - 325° degrees and bake for 40 - 50 minutes.
