for meatballs:

Mix well with hands and form into walnut sized meatballs. Place in 10x15 pan or two 9x13 pans.

for sauce:

Mix well and spoon over meatballs. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.

-		1 can evaporated milk (12 ounce can)
-		1 teaspoon Salt
-		2 cups oats
-		2 Eggs
-		1 cup chopped onion
-		1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
-		2 teaspoons chili powder
-		1/2 teaspoon black pepper
-		For Sauce
-		2 cups catsup
-		2 tablespoons liquid smoke
-		3/4 cup packed brown sugar
-		1/4 teaspoon garlic salt
