Wine Dressing for Mixed Greens Recipe
Directions
  • In a food processor, add shallot and garlic, pulse until finely minced.
  • Add mustard, sugar, salt, pepper and vinegar. Pulse until combined. While processor is running gradually add oil.
  • Add additional seasoning if desired. Pour into jar and cover, refrigerate until ready to serve.

-1 cup canola oil
-1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
