Directions
  • In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise, pickle relish, and onion. Add salt and pepper to taste. If desired, stir in lemon juice.
  • Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour before serving.

-1 cup mayonnaise
-2 tablespoons sweet pickle relish or dill pickle relish
-1 tablespoon fresh minced onion
- salt and pepper, to taste
-1 tablespoon lemon juice, optional
