Scrambled Eggs Recipe
Directions
  • In a medium bowl, beat eggs until completely combined. Add seasoning.
  • Over medium heat, melt butter in pan and pour eggs into skillet.*  As they cook, stir occasionally with wooden spoon, turning eggs.
  • Cook until they are soft set and somewhat moist, approximately 3-4 minutes. Remove from heat and serve.

 

         *If using vegetables, add to pan immediately after pouring in eggs.

-1 1/2 tablespoons butter
- salt to taste
- freshly ground black pepper
- OPTIONAL:
-1/4 cup onion, minced
-1/4 cup sweet red or green bell pepper, diced
