combine boiling water & sugar. Add tea bags: let steep 3 to 5 minutes.
Remove tea bags, discard,
cool sugar mixture, add vodka and orange juice concentrate, add red food coloring.
Pour into 9 X 13 baking pan. freeze overnight. to serve use a large spoon to scrape across surface. Fill glass 2/3 full and fill with 7-up or ginger ale.
