| Directions | Combine all ingredients except water & cornstarch in a crock pot & cook on LOW for 7-9 hours, until carrots are tender. About 15 minutes before serving, make a paste of the cornstarch & cold water; stir into carrots to thicken. Taste & adjust seasonings. Makes 4-6 servings. |
