| | Directions | | Combine melted butter with stuffing and put in 8x10" baking dish, reserving 1 cup for topping. Sauté celery, onion and carrots with melted butter. Mix together zucchini, celery, carrots, onions, soup and sour cream. Pour mixture over stuffing in baking dish. Top with reserved stuffing and grated cheese. Bake in 350° oven for 30 minutes. |
