| | Directions | | Cook the sausage and let cool. In a pan or bowl, mix the stuffing mix, cooked sausage, diced white onions, cut-up celery, eggs, melted butter and can of chicken broth. Salt and Pepper to your liking. Add enough milk to make the mixture soft if more liquid besides the broth is needed. This dressing could be used to stuff your turkey or to cook in a casserole dish in the oven. Cook approximately 45 minutes, covered with foil, at 325°. You can also cook as you are cooking your turkey! |
