Directions
Drain liquid from the first five ingredients. In a large bowl mix all together with the celery, onions and green peppers.

Mix all the ingredients together for the marinade sauce in a pot. Bring to a boil. Remove from heat; pour over vegetable mixture. Mix well and refrigerate overnight.

-1 can carrots (large can)
-1 can shoe peg corn (large can)
-2 jars pimento (small jars)
-1 cup celery
-1 cup onions
-1 cup green pepper
- Marinade Sauce
-1/2 cup sugar
-1 tablespoon salt
-1/2 cup vegetable oil
-1/4 cup vinegar
-1 package Good Seasons Zesty Italian Dressing Mix
