| | Directions | | Spray baking dish with baking spray. Combine brown sugar, honey and butter in cup. Peel and cut sweet potatoes in wedges and place in single layer in dish. Pour sauce over potatoes, turn to coat. Cover and bake for 45 minutes at 375° or until potatoes are tender. Turn potatoes over once or twice while baking to continue coating. When done remove cover, add marshmallows and let set 15 minutes or so. |
