1. Preheat oven to 400°. Cut cauliflower into florets and put in an oven-proof baking dish. Toss in the garlic and drizzle with oil.
2. Place in oven, uncovered, for 20 minutes, or until the top is lightly brown. Stir every 5 minutes. Sprinkle with spices and bake 5 minutes. Remove from oven and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Serve immediately.
