Directions
Cut the potatoes in lengthwise halves. Scoop out inside of potatoes into a medium bowl. set potato skins aside.

Stir 3/4 cup cheese, sour cream, Picante sauce, bacon and onions into bowl. Mix well. Spoon the mixture into the potato skins and place on a baking sheet.

Broil until they are browned. Sprinkle with the remaining cheese. Broil until cheese is bubbly. Top with salsa and extra sour cream.

-1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
-1/2 cup sour cream
-1/3 cup Pace Picante sauce
-1/4 cup diced cooked bacon
-2 green onions, chopped
-1 jar chunky salsa
