Directions
  • Mix the olives and peppers, and then, mix together the broccoli, cauliflower, and carrots.
  • Combine the two mixtures with the pepperoni and add the caesar dressing. 
  • Allow to marinate for several days before serving.

-1 pound cauliflower, 1" chunks
-1/2 pound pepperoni slices
-1 pound Peloponnese pitted country olive mix
-1/2 pound Peloponnese roasted red pepper strips, drained
-1 pound broccoli, 1" florets
-1 pound carrot, 1/8" thick slanted slices
-12 ounces Caesar dressing
