Directions
Preheat oven to 450°. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and coat with non-stick cooking spray.

Scrub potatoes and cut into 1/2" thick sticks.

In a large bowl, combine potatoes, vegetable oil, sugar, salt, cayenne pepper and seasonings.

Place potatoes in a single layer on a baking sheet. Bake in oven for 30 minutes.

Serve immediately.
