Directions
Cook vegetables in boiling water just until separated. Drain. Combine with remaining ingredients except butter or margarine and bread crumbs. Pour into a greased 2-qt. casserole. Melt butter or margarine. Stir in bread crumbs and sprinkle over vegetables. Bake at 325° for one hour. Serves 8. This dish is delicious served over hot biscuits.
 
 
Ingredients
-2 packages frozen mixed vegetables or use 1 pkg each of two favorite vegetables
-1 can cream of mushroom soup
-1/2 cup Milk
-1/2 teaspoon Salt
-1/4 teaspoon pepper
-1/4 cup instant minced onion
-1 cup grated sharp cheddar cheese
-2 tablespoons butter or margarine
-1/2 cup dry bread crumbs
