| Directions | Heat oven to 350°. Cook vegetables for about 8 minutes in the microwave. Mix together soup, sour cream, and cheese. Add vegetables, salt and pepper. Place in greased casserole dish, cover and bake for 30-40 minutes. Remove cover and add onions. Bake 10 to 15 minutes longer. |
