Mix broccolie, onion, green pepper and cheese; pour into lightly greased pie plate.
Beat remaining ingredients 15 seconds in blender on high or 1 minute with hand beater until smooth. Pour into pie plate.
Bake at 375° for approximately 35-40 minutes or until golden brown and knife inserted halfway between center and edge comes out clean. Let stand 5 minutes.
