-		3/4 pound chopped raw bacon
-		1 Chopped Onion
-		1 clove garlic, minced
-		1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
-		1/2 cup vinegar
-		1 teaspoon Salt
-		1 1/4 cups brown sugar
