| Directions | Cook carrots until tender and allow to cool completely. When cool, process in a blender until smooth. Add remaining ingredients and stir. Pour into a 1 qt. baking dish and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. So yummy and very sweet! Kids will love it! |
