| | Directions | | Soften cream cheese by leaving at room temperature for about 30 minutes prior to mixing ingredients. Chop onions finely including about 1/2 of the stems of each onion. Chop your choice of Budding's meat. Seed & clean jalapeno then finely chop pepper. Mix all ingredients together and form into a ball shape. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for about an hour. Serve with crackers. Enjoy! |
