Directions

Brown beef, drain. In a pot combine cooked beef, and remaining ingredients. Bring to a boil, reduce heat, cover and simmer for about 30 minutes.

Note: As with all soups, tastes better the next day!!!

Ingredients
-		2 pounds ground beef
-		32 ounces beef broth
-		1 can tomato sauce (28 ounce can)
-		1 can diced tomatoes (28 ounce can)
-		1/4 cup brown sugar
-		2 cups green pepper - chopped
-		1 teaspoon black pepper
-		2 cups white or brown rice - cooked but not to soft
