| Directions | Drain vegetables and pour into large bowl. Add chopped onion, pimentos and bell peppers. In a saucepan, bring sugar, vinegar, oil, salt and pepper to a boil. Pour over vegetable mixture. Refrigerate overnight. Serves about 25. |
