FOR WHITE SAUCE:

Stir flour and butter together. Add milk and microwave for 2-4 mins until thickened.

FOR SOUP:

Boil potatoes, drain and set aside the water. Mash the potatoes. sauté onions and peppers in butter. Add potato water and bouillon cubes. Cook gently for 5 minutes. Add potato, white sauce and cheese. Stir well.

-1 1/2 tablespoons flour
-2 tablespoons butter - melted
-3/4 cup Milk
- salt to taste
- SOUP:
-2 peeled potatoes (medium)
-2 chicken bouillon cubes
-2 tablespoons chopped green onions
-2 tablespoons chopped green peppers
-1 teaspoon butter
-1/3 pound grated cheese
