Brown Soup Meat

Add stewed tomatoes, water, onion, parsley, salt/pepper, and green onions

Simmer for 1 hour

Add potatoes, carrots, cabbage and frozen soup vegetables and vermicelli

Simmer 30 minutes

-2 cans stewed tomatoes
-5 cups water
-1 1/2 pounds soup meat
-1 package Frozen Soup Vegetables
-1 onion, quartered
-1/2 head cabbage, chopped
-1 teaspoon parsley
-1/2 cup green onions
-2 potatoes cut into cubes
-2 carrots, sliced inch 1 inch pieces
- Salt/Pepper to taste
-1 handful broken vermicelli
