Directions

Put all ingredients together in a Dutch oven. Bring to a boil. Lower heat and simmer for 1 hour.

Ingredients
-		1 whole white cabbage, chopped
-		6 diced onions, celery and carrots
-		2 bell peppers, chopped
-		1 can green beans, undrained
-		1 can diced tomatoes (28 ounce can)
-		2 cans beef broth with basil or 1 can tomato juice
-		1 package dry onion soup mix
-		salt and pepper to taste
