Directions
Prepare macaroni according to pkg. directions, rinse and drain well.

Drain kidney beans, leaving beans in can, and fill with vinegar. Let stand 1 hour. Drain off vinegar.

Mix together vegetables and add chopped onion, green pepper and celery.

Dressing: Mix half & half with sugar until sugar is dissolved. Add Miracle Whip and mustard.

Add dressing to vegetable mix, and let stand overnight.

Makes a very large salad and keeps well.

-1 box Creamette ring macaroni (7 ounce box)
-1 can red kidney beans
-1 can whole kernel corn - drained
-2 cans french style green beans - drained
-1 can julienne or diced carrots - drained
-1 pound frozen peas
-1/2 cup chopped mild onion
-1 cup finely chopped green pepper
-2 cups thinly sliced celery
- Dressing
-1/2 cup half & half
-1 cup Sugar
-2 cups Miracle Whip
-1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
