Brown ground beef, drain. Add taco seasoning and water according to pkg directions. Cut up lettuce, tomatoes and onion. Just before serving, toss all ingredients together. Crush Doritos add to mixture. Combine Catalina and sour cream, pour over salad and toss. Top with more crushed Doritos.
This can be a walking taco by using small individual bags of Doritos and scooping in a spoonful or two of the meat and vegetable mixture.
